Our team consists of Architectural staff, structural consultant, consultants of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Landscaping. For execution of interior projects we also have Air-conditioning, carpentry, Electrical, False ceiling, Landscaping and Plumbing contractors specialized in their respective fields.

Our objectives are to complete the project with integrity, on budget and within the stipulated time schedule.

  • Co-ordinate consultants and conduct regular client/consultant meetings.

  • Periodic visit to site. Inform client in regard to progress and quality of work.
  • Co-ordination of consultants with contractor and subcontractor.
  • Field clarifications for contractor and subcontractor.
  • Perform substantial completion and final inspection to establish deficiency list.
  • Assurance for occupancy Permit & completion formalities.
